Blue Star Programme

We are pleased to announce we have been awarded a Blue Star European Flag under the Blue Star Programme.

Our senior class participated in The Blue Star Programme this year, where they learned about European cultures and the EU through creative activities and projects which compliment the primary school curriculum.

We would like to thank Mrs Tansey for all her work with this programme.

We hope to have a flag raising ceremony in due course, early in the new academic year, whilst adhering to all social distancing and health guidelines in place at that time.

Online Learning

All classes are continuing to learn using online platforms. Children from Junior Infants – 3rd class and the Haven classes are using Seesaw and children from 4th – 6th class are using Google Classroom. All children using Seesaw should have received an access code before Easter in order to join the online classroom.

If you encounter any issue with either forum, or you need assistance getting started, please do not hesitate to contact me. The school email is admin@knockns.ie. Teachers have also provided parents with their email addresses – as you may wish to contact them directly to discuss your child’s learning.
