POD Consent Forms

Thank you to all those who have completed and returned the signed consent forms sent out in December for the new Primary Online Database being implemented by the Department of Education & Skills.

However, there are still quite a few forms that have not been returned and those parents will have received a reminder text a few weeks ago. Please return all forms as a matter of urgency to enable the school to adhere to the DES instructions. All schools must have the information input onto the POD by the end of March.  Failure to do this will affect the amount of funding received by each school.

Forms are available from the school office should you require replacements. Thank you.
