The following report was agreed at the recent Board of Management meeting on 30th September.
The Board welcomed Mrs Loretta Tansey and Ms Tanya Sarsfield to Knock NS and wished Mrs Coyne and Mrs Kelly well on their retirement. The Board further thanked Mrs Coyne and Mrs Kelly for their commitment and dedication to education in Knock NS
The Board of Management undertook the Child Protection Review and Anti Bullying Review. Action Plans were drawn up for each as a result of the review.
The Board of Management discussed the success of the building work which took place over the summer – dry lining in one classroom, and the replacement of skylights in various locations throughout the school.
The election, and selection, of a new Board will take place over the coming weeks. The new Board of Management will take effect from 1st December 2015.
