We would welcome and encourage your support for this event in any way you can. As always, we thank you in advance and greatly appreciate the continued support of our parents, families and wider school community for events such as these.
Dear Parents,
Knock School Parents Association will host the 4th ‘Spirit of Knock’, Walk/Jog/Run on Saturday evening, 13th May @ 7:30pm from Knock Community Centre.
This is a Community event and we would strongly encourage everyone to support the event as a fundraiser for our local National School.
The event will comprise of a Fun Walk/Jog along a 5k route through Knock Village, starting from the Community Centre. There will be a 2k Race for National School children, which will be fully supervised. This 2k Race will start @ 7pm.KIDS GO FREE
There will also be a 5k Race, which is chip timed and Athletics Ireland approved.
Entry fee for 5K Race/Jog/Walk is €10 per adult, €5u16/Juvenile, €20 per family.
Tea/Coffee & Refreshments will be served in the Community Centre afterthe outdoor events.
We would ask all parents of National School children to attend and if not in a position to participate, to please offer assistance on the evening with the organising body. We will also request that parents provide sandwiches/cakes, etc for after the event.
