Anti-Bullying Review

Dear Parents.
The Board of Management of Knock NS wishes to inform you that the annual review of the Anti Bullying Policy and its implementation was completed at a Board meeting on Wednesday 8th October 2014. This review was conducted in accordance with the checklist set out in Appendix 4 of the Anti-Bullying Procedures for Primary and Post-Primary Schools published by the Department of Education and Skills

Child Protection

A review of our Child Protection policy took place at a recent Board of Management meeting. The next review will occur in October 2013.

Welcome

by

We extend a warm welcome to all our new and returning pupils, parents and teachers. Knock NS will open on Friday, 31st August at 9.20am. We extend a further welcome to Ms Shirley Horkan who recently joined the staff of Knock NS.

Green Flag

Mrs Kelly, Ms Boyle and two members of the Green Schools Committee travelled to Athlone today to collect our fourth Green Flag. We received this flag after undertaking work on the travel theme. A special thank you to  Ms Brennan for all her her work, Eva Gannon Mayo Co Co, the staff, children and parents of Knock NS for helping us achieve our Green Flag. We intend to have our Green Flag Raising Ceremony on Wednesday 30th May, at 11am.
