1st and 2nd class made their own musical instruments. They then held a whole class performance.

Christmas Concert
We really enjoyed our Christmas performances. Thank you to all involved, most especially the children.
Carol Service
We will hold a Christmas Carol service in the school hall on Friday, 20th December at 11.15am. All members of our school community are invited to attend.
Hallowe’en Fun
We really enjoyed dressing up and ducking for treats!
Pumpkins
5th and 6th had great fun carving pumpkins for Hallowe’en.
Red and Green Day
We had a fantastic Red and Green Day and we are all really looking forward to the match on Sunday. Come on Mayo!
Drama
Drama will commence on Tuesday 23rd September, and will continue every week until Christmas, at a cost of €2 per child per lesson.
Music
We are delighted to announce that Ann McLoughlin will commence music lessons on Thursday 26th September for 10 weeks at a cost of €20 per child. Full payment is required in advance please, no later than Tuesday 24th September.
Should you wish your child to attend music lessons, please complete the permission/payment slip from letter dated 18th September and return with your full remittance.
Ann is a local musician and music teacher who teaches a wide range of instruments including: tin whistle; mandolin; guitar; fiddle; piano accordion; ukulele etc in traditional Irish and popular music.
Music
We are delighted to announce that Ann McLoughlin will commence music lessons in Knock NS over the coming weeks. She will visit the school on Wednesday 18th. Children and parents are invited to the school hall at 9.45am for a short musical performance. Letters regarding music lessons and cost will be sent home later this week.
